Dear All,
You may already be aware that
Clackmannan Community Council have organised a public meeting to
discuss the issue of freight trains on the SAK rail line and I
wanted to take this opportunity to point out that both your local
MSP Richard Simpson and local MP Gordon Banks will both be
present at the meeting to address your concerns and update you on
ongoing work in relation to the line, particularly in reference
to recent meetings with Network Rail and the freight company, DB
Schenker.
These email updates will
continue as we receive more and more information but both Richard
and Gordon hope to see you on the 27th to speak to you in person
and hear your own experiences of the line.
