Nobody
seems to be considering the effect this vibration may be causing
to the Abbey Craig Rock. The line runs as close to the rock as it
does my home and surely the movement could dislodge rocks which
in turn could fall to the road or worse.....it seems this is
another oversite by the train companies and Network Rail. I have
e mailed them all several times, however their response would
suggest that they think the residents around Causewayhead are a
little stupid. Their ignorance and lack of respect (which was
evident at the recent meeting at Logie hall) show no bounds.A
recent study published by a university has stated that lack of
sleep can leed to severe mental health issues including anger
problems and depression! Obviously this is of no importance to
the powers that be, who allow this to go on and affect hundreds
of local residents along the length of this new freights
transport route. Stirling Council, Clackmannashire Council and
Network Rail continue to fail to answer my questions by email to
a suitable standard and seem more interested in shifting blame
and disowning responsibility (it wusni me!!!!). The unfortuntae
truth is that whilst this will take several months if not years
to remedy the fat cats who are allowing this to go ahead will be
reaping the benefits, whilst the residents willcontinue to suffer
sleep depravation, shaking rooms and noise disturbance!!!!
